X Factor UK 2013: New Winner Stake In Week Eight

Just when we thought that Tamera was going to be saved. Shocking, but I wonder whether it was a producing stunt to increase ratings?

I’ve come to the conclusion that my great predictions of the top four/three finalists are shattered. I admit it, I was wrong. HOWEVER, at least I was right about Luke being a dark horse. Despite both conestants being in the bottom two and also of the same age, it’s arguable to say that Mr Luke Friend knows who he is and what he’s about, while Tamera Foster is still trying to figure out what her brand image would be musically.

Should she return next year? In my opinion, she shouldn’t. She’s still vunerable to a tough industry and is always being compared to other big superstars. Nevertheless, it’s not my choice to dictate her life, but I feel she should go away and make a comeback. Spend time on herself and enjoy life. Continue with her song covers and contribute to her  signature sound that would make her stand out as her own.

Nicholas McDonald

It was a risk that he took Gary Barlow‘s song. Gary looked very adamant at first.

Later on, he returned with the public’s choice of Bruno Mars‘ popular love track ‘Just the Way You Are‘. Swoon ❤ ❤ ❤ <3, This performance is much more preferable.

Rough Copy

That smash-up of Bobby Brown & R.Kelly track shows us the reason why the public love the trio. Love how backpack kid answered Louis question about his backpack…

Plus, you guys picked them to sing ‘I Believe I Can Fly‘! You should give yourselves a pat on the back for that!

You can’t deny that they’re bringing the heat with their fashion sense.

Sam Bailey

Preferably personally, she’s the huge contender to beat. Will she win the competition?

Love the fact that whenever she sings, she’d bring emotion and compassion her performance.

Luke Friend

The dark horse contender who has up his stakes by being second-contestant to beat in my new predicted list of finalists.

If he continues he could possibly come in third, if not second, but who know what’s at stake now because we’re nearly at the end of the road.

Who knows? Anything can happen.

P.S. Apologies for a late post and I appreciate your patience this week.
