Films 2013: Rachel McAdams Joins UK Cast in British Rom-Com ‘About Time’

Richard Curtis is the writing pro. He’s been credited for his work on Not the Nine O’Clock News, Blackadder, Mr Bean (that show was epic), The Vicar of Dibley (loved it), Four Weddings and a Funeral; Notting Hill; Bridget Jones’s Diary; Love Actually and The Boat That Rocked and musical War Horse. So it’s no wonder that the international love of the British and the British love of comedic humour returns in movie about time. If you loved Rachel McAdams in Wedding Crashers, The Vow and Time Traveller’s Wife then check her out as she joins the likes of Domhnall Gleeson, Bill Nighy, Tom Hollander and Margot Robbie.

Tim his told by his father a generational secret that is in the men of his family: the ability to be a time-traveler. With this realisation, Tim decides to use it to win a girl’s heart. He eventually meets Mary and they fall in love although the process was not a easy one, as time travel depicts them that they never met…he had to win her heart about three times, but in the end it worked.  Many of you film fanatics and lovers would compare it to the Time Traveller’s Wife — but the sense of British sense of humour.

Movie comes out in UK cinemas on September 6
